Shipping with DHL

Shipping within Germany is carried out by DHL. An order can only be delivered to one delivery address in Germany.

Standard shipping via DHL is always free of charge.

Track parcel

If you have provided us with a valid e-mail address, we will send you a shipping confirmation as soon as your parcel has left our premises. In it you will find the delivery address, the parcel number and a link to the sender’s homepage. You can use this link to determine the exact location of your parcel using the parcel number.

How long does it take to receive the ordered goods?

As soon as your parcel has left our premises, you will usually receive your delivery within two to five working days.
