    10 YEAR WARRANTY on all FKM rubber watch straps from HERBELIN

    When purchasing a HERBELIN watch fitted with an FKM rubber strap, the FKM rubber strap comes with an exceptional additional 10-year guarantee.

    Please note:

    When you purchase your HERBELIN watch, you will automatically receive the regular HERBELIN warranty card for the watch. This is filled in by the dealer/supplier. A further warranty card for the additional 10-year warranty on the FKM rubber strap is also included in the case box. Please note: In order for the additional warranty on the FKM rubber strap to be valid, it is essential to activate the 10-year warranty online at www.herbelin.de/garantie in a second step. Provided you wish to take advantage of the 10-year guarantee on your FKM rubber strap from the date of purchase.

    Please proceed as follows:

    1. Upload a picture of your regular warranty card for the watch (please do not upload the picture of the additional warranty card for the rubber strap!)
    2. Complete the form to activate your 10-year warranty on the FKM rubber strap.
    3. You will then receive a confirmation email about the 10-year guarantee for the FKM rubber strap. This is valid from the date of purchase.
